New Gym Membership - New Motivation
I'm off snowboarding on Saturday so wanted to get in tip top shape before hand (which I say I'll do every year and never do!). I'm now a member of David Lloyd so have been doing all the classes. For the last seven working days I've done a mix of Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Balance and Body Pump! Feel much better for it and plan on doing a class a day until Friday - living the dream! The classes are great though and the instructors are amusing (not sure if they're supposed to be but it keeps me entertained). Lets see if I can keep it up on my return - I would kill for a figure like hers above......
