A View of Fog

On our last day in San Francisco, Alexis decided that we hadn't seen enough of the city so she took us on a tour. We started off by grabbing some brunch (to soak up the wine from the night before...Paige ate half a loaf of french toast!) then getting in the car and heading off on our tour through the fog! We realised that day how lucky we had been with the weather as we've had glorious sunshine 80% of the time and this day it was fog central. But that didn't deter us, oh no. We went to see the Byson at Golden Gate Park, Queen Wilhelmina's Windmill, Baker Beach, Posh Houses of Richmond, Lombard Street and some other monuments that I can't remember the name of (but they were ace!). Lombard Street was really cool (you know that one, the really windey road) but it took us an hour to get to it as everyone had the same idea as us that day! But it was worth it when we got there (well, it was for me and Paige, maybe not so much for poor Alexis as she was driving!). Didn't get the best pics ever but you get the idea! After our tour we went out for a farewell dinner at Cha Cha Cha in Haight Ashbury and it was yummmmmm. I've now woken up on our travelling to Yosemite day and Paige is still asleep. I'm thinking that my loud typing will wake her up shortly so that we can get this show on the road!
